My dad likes it quite a lot, they recently had a COVID situation that was manageable but a real pain. That's the main complaint he's experienced

My experience has been very good with Morada. The staff are kind, helpful, and friendly people. I would recommend.
This is a good community for your elderly loved ones. I would say 70 and above this is a great fit and a great community, anyone younger than this might want to find somewhere more active and with more to do.
The community was very clean and the staff members were super friendly during our loved ones stay. They always had a lot of activities going on it seemed like the people really enjoyed them. Also the value for cost was great.
I would recommend to go to this community. It is a great community and they have hired the right people that are providing the best services. The prices are unbelievable for what you are getting, the staff, the location and the services they offer outside of the community. hands down this is a great community.
The meals are always cold. They don't have a menu for cardiac or diabetics residents. The servers are slow and it can take up to 35 minutes before we have our order. The van is the other problem it can hard to go places, they limit it to 15 mile radius that they will go to. The only days they will take you to the doctor is Tuesday and Thursday, after 8:30 am and before 5. It's a wonderful place to be. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there's always a good friend around. My loved one has met more people and made more friends here than she has anywhere else. The food is great, and they work with your diet.
We visited this facility and we were impressed with the knowledge of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility as a whole. We were excited to take our loved ONE for a visit but she passed before we were able to complete the process. I would recommend this facility to others in need of care.
