Overall Experience has been great. Loved the staff. The quality of care was wonderful. They always had activities going and encouraged mom all the way till the end of her life. The Memory Care unit in Victoria is a blessing to families.
Mom Has been at Morada for 6 years. It is a great community for her. The facility is clean and runs efficiently. Holidays are celebrated with decorations and parties. The event coordinator does an excellent job of planning parties and activities. The staff is very caring and helpful to the residents. Morada Victoria was our second choice. The location would have been great, it was really close to all of her doctors. It also seemed like they had great quality of care.
My father has been in assisted living for a few years, he absolutely loves it. The staff treat him like family and he loves the food. This was the best decision we could have made for my dad.!
My aunt lives in Greatwood Homes of Victoria. She has been there for over 3 years. I have always found the staff friendly and extremely helpful. My aunt has made good friends that feel like family which is a comfort to me.
My husband was a memory care resident ay Greatwood. We were very happy with the ease in admitting him, the care he received, the staff, and most of all that he was so well cared for and safe. What a great place for those who can no longer care for their loved one at home! Thanks to ALL.
I received all the information I requested over the phone from [name removed]. She had already sent me more details by e-mail before I even called. I really liked the attention and appreciated her knowledge on what I was looking for. Great service! We will be scheduling a tour in the near future.
Facility seemed quiet, which is a good attribute. Room from prior tenant has an order of urine in the carpet. Facility is working on that issue. Ate lunch there and food was very good. It's only been 2 weeks so this survey may not be completed. We are still working out scheduling issues.
My father is adjusting very well since his move into Brookdale. He is happy with the food and he likes the shuttle service that takes then where they need to go. It has been a good experience so far.
