It was the only community I visited. I was impressed with the management and amenities offered by the community. I felt the apartment and set up of the community was a good match for my cousin. When I took [name reemoved] to visit Morada East, she felt very comfortable and welcome there. [name removed] made the decision to move there.
Morada has been great so far. Our family member has great neighbors, and she loves interacting with everybody, doing activities and playing games. She still drives and likes that she has a carport. The cleaning lady that comes once a week is very friendly. Our family member just loves it there.
Everything so far is going quite smoothly, they did not push me to make any decision they waited until I was comfortable. I have one of the newer one bedroom updated apartment which is so nice. They also have really nice two bedroom apartments. The maintenance team is always on top of keeping requests done, the landscape workers are great at their job, and the cooks in the kitchen do the best they can to please all of us living here. Have lots of money before you get here. But that being said, there's not much to not like. When they feed you two meals a day, clean your house once a week, take care of the yard once a week and the flower beds whenever it's needed, and the people are friendly. It's everything that one needs. We left a house that we could no longer take care of. And there's not much storage here, so you do have to really downsize. This was the right place for me at this time. For anyone looking for a place, I like this one. The residents watch out for each other, the staff is helpful, and the residents are friendly. We got a new chef a few months ago and the food is good. The chef takes suggestions and listens to the residents.
I chose Copperfield Village because it is an individual house opposed to those that are all connected. It is a 1 bedroom, living room, dining room, patio and small kitchen with all appliances. They have others sizes as well. The only meal I have to provide is breakfast. We have lunch and dinner served and we can either eat in the dining room or have it delivered. I would recommend this community. It is nice, clean, quiet, and a gated community. The only problem ,at the moment, is meals are awful. For what she is paying to live at the community, the meals are lacking. She likes her apartment . We chose this community because we had great meals in the dining room when we visited. We are pleased with the staff.
II am so happy that we chose this community it has worked out better than I could have hoped for. Mom is just so happy she is making such a great group of friends. I cannot say anything bad about this community. The food is excellent as it is home cooked. They deliver my meals to my room and it has been a great help. The community is spotless and the grounds are gorgeous. They offer plenty of community activities. I have already recommended this community.
