More Space Place - Murphy Beds

We went to the More Space Place with ideas of what we wanted. Beth helped us design our Murphy bed and two desks. The room looks beautiful and all of our "stuff" fits nicely into the drawers and cabinets. Our installer, Ray, did an outstanding job. He was professional throughout, made suggestions for cord management and cut holes where we needed them to manage the cords. He cleaned up when finished and did not leave even a spec of dust. I could not be happier with our room or with the More Space Place.

Ray installed our Murphy Bed and he was the ultimate professional from the time he walked in the door until he left without any signs that he had been here other than a beautiful Murphy Bed. He covered the entire floor of the room where the Murphy Bed was to be installed so nothing would get on the carpet. He made suggestions and then implemented them to allow access to the electrical outlets that we thought we would no longer be able to use. I called two weeks ago to get my Murphy Bed reinstalled after a move. Called again to follow up. Was treated poorly. They simply don't care. I spent nearly $7,000 at their store and they have zero interest in retaining me as a customer. Bad customer service. Rude people.
