Everything I want in a dental visit!!! After making the appointment I was given a telephone reminder the day before and a text reminder the morning of the appointment, which I appreciate. When the time for my appointment arrived, I was greeted by my dental hygienist and not kept waiting in the lobby. High quality service, not your average dentist. I went in for a specific problem I was having from a bridge that was done by another dentist over 20 years ago. The staff was attentive and friendly. I needed x rays, which are always uncomfortable and the dental assistant made it as quick and painless as possible. Dr.Daniel Morgan was very professional and personable. High quality service, not your average dentist.

Waited an hour [Dowling Park] Simple complaint...my appointment was at 1:00pm, I am a patient person. I understand office schedules and how they can get off under certai circumstances. I was told at 1:20ish that "Kim" would be right with me and the lady took another lady back. I waited. I walked to the front desk twice between 1:20 and 2:00 to ask about progress / time and no one was ever at the desk. So I left after waiting an hour. Dental appointment 04/14/16 My appointment was for 1050 am. It was close to 45 min to an hour before I was seen. I understand that emergency happen or that the staff gets overwhelmed but at least some one could come out and say something. Time before this the same thing happened and it was because my chart was misplaced. I do hope that the next visit will be on time.
