ABSOLUTE BEST experience I’ve ever had in my over 30yr experiences with dental practitioners and their staff! This is coming from someone who has such terrible anxiety when it comes to having dental work done that I’ve literally neglected my dental care for years at a time! A special shoutout to Dr. Shum and her coworker Ruden! They along with the front desk staff are so welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable about what they do. They take pride in their work and the results speak for themselves!

Professional, courteous, exceptionally skilled, respectful, and caring, right from the initial phone call to the goodbye greeting. I think I've finally reached the end of a lifelong search to find a dentist (and office) that doesn't treat me with the usual superiority complex!
The staff here are in a word are awesome. They make going to the dentist easy. Dr. Lam is a very skilled and kind dentist.
I have been attending this Dental Care Office since I came to Canada. Every visit has been a pleasant experience. The Receptionist are so friendly n welcoming. The Hygienists are truly professional n take so great care of their patients. The Dentist's themselves go above n beyond to make the patient comfortable and re-assured. It's the first dental office where one never hears a child cry when there. That says a lot, as most kids are nervous when visiting the Dentist. I highly recommend them. Mary
