Editorial review from Citysearch FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE The crew at Rivertowne is fantastic. I really appreciate their valet rack storage service. My boat stays clean and secure until I call for it. No need for me to struggle with towing/trailering my boat. They take care of it all.

Mixed feelings about my experience I have mixed feelings about my experience at Rivertown I had no problem with the Staff or their attitude. They were always responsive and courteous. There were a few times when I had to wait on my boat being brought out even after calling well ahead to request it be launched. Krappy service I used to have my boat there. The people were less than nice... seemed like a few of them had a chip on their shoulder (with the exception of a few). When I tried to end my contract and move my boat to another marina near my house, the guy told me to ""enjoy the dirt over there"" and ""hope you like it with only one tractor over there"". Took me a while to get boat out of there too until someone who knew the people got involved. Pros + Can keep boat out of water Cons - Service isn't great
;( There are other marina's out there on the ohio river that one could go to that may fit a boaters needs
