Morning star was also and the customer service was great. They give you a tour of your unit and show you how to use key and gate access is 24hrs. I hate I forgot the front desk ladies name but she was very friendly and polite and very professional.

The customer service is amazing! I really don't mind paying a little extra for the quality of the units, they far surpass U-Haul or any place I've ever been!!!!Dericka is precious and was very helpful she is the epitome of what customer service should be
