Hi everyone, I wanted to share our experience at Morningstar Storage of Greenhouse. A young lady by the name of Melanie Slattery kindly assisted me and my Son. She greeted us with a big smile and we felt so welcomed. Melanie is professional, attentive, informative and very knowledgeable. She is just AWESOME!!
Melanie IS amazing! Super sweet lady, she even showed me around a few units in this brutal Texas heat! Big shoutout to her for finding me the unit I needed!!

Let me start by saying Melanie Slattery, of the Greenhouse location, is an awesome person! I enjoyed working with her and she is truly the face exemplary customer service. She went above and beyond for my family and my move. I will definitely use Morning Star services again because of her.
Richelle is the sweetest! She answered all of my questions and showed me how to access my storage unit as a first time renter.
Richelle was very helpful and polite during our rushed process. Gave all the ends and outs so there was no question necessary. Very sweet, caring and professional.
This was my first time renting & Richelle has been a great help. Assisted in finding the perfect storage for my things. Answered any questions I had. The facility is clean and convenient. Highly recommend storing here
Richelle was wonderful she reached out to us with a follow up call after we made initial inquiry on availability... She gave us a package we couldn't pass up and was very hospitable when we came for a walk through. Very pleased with experience.
