The staff here is sincerely some of the best I've experienced in customer service. Kind, helpful and sincerely want to make your storage experience the best they can. Moving and shuffling around your things is hectic and not the most fun, but these guys really went above and beyond to make the experience a solid one. Highly, highly recommend!
I FEEL OTHERS SHOULD KNOW MY EXPERIENCE. They claim “Storing other peoples stuff and taking good care of it.” which is ABSOLUTELY FALSE. My unit (and 2 others) were broken into at 5am on a Sunday morning in July. I did not find out about it until almost 3 days later on Tuesday, by email, after 10pm when NO ONE was available to speak with personally since the office was closed. 3 DAYS after the burglary. CHOOSE THIS PLACE TO STORE YOUR BELONGINGS! I read reviews online that were positive so gave it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised to find the positive reviews are legit. I called the manager at this site and asked a million questions. Jessica was an absolute delight to work with! She was very patient with my questions, was able to help set me up right away, and kept communication open every step of the way. Great place, it was a quick process and staff was great. 24 access no issues with getting in the building for indoor units. Overall great.
