My brother and I came to the Evans Rd location late Friday afternoon looking to rent a storage shed for my family's belongings. Due to the stressful emergency situation my family was in, we were needing it ASAP. Needless to say, it had not been a good day for me. The property manager, Sylvia Long, greeted us with the most welcoming smile. The simple compassion and empathy she showed my family turned my day completely around! We needed a storage unit pronto so we met in person with Audrey Baldon, property manager at at the Evans Rd location today. She was super helpful and friendly. She stopped everything she was doing and gave us a tour, then walked us step by step through the process. We walked out smiling about a half hour later with a contract for our 5x10 climate controlled unit and a reservation for the move-in truck this coming Monday. What an easy and satisfying experience today! We highly recommend this Morningstar Storage location.

We're currently moving between houses and we needed storage. Then, we needed the truck, then we needed another unit. With all this crazyness, Audrey (the manager) and her staff were supper supportive. They're friendly and accommodating. They know what they're doing and how to take care of their customers. I'd highly recommend this place. Their offers are also very reasonable after my wife and I shopped around the area. The flatbeds provided are super useful.
