The staff at Morningstar of Buda is very friendly, professional and helpful. The property is clean, the lighting is great for nighttime visits. The price is great for the units! Highly recommend Morningstar to others!

I was impressed by how clean and safe Morningstar of Buda was when I first visited to view and enquire about storage options. Glenda was friendly, nice, and knowledgeable in all that I asked. She didn’t pressure me to sign up on the spot and I liked that. I would definitely recommend this location!

Customer service is the best I ever had. Friendly and knowledgeable! Morningstar’s property is clean and well lit! I really like the 24/7 available to enter the property!

I ended up calling the number provided in the reply after I expressed our concerns in our first review. In summary, we showed up to move in on a Sunday but there was still a lock on our paid-for unit and the office was closed so there was no one to help us. We had a full truckload downstairs, and had a deadline for the UHaul truck return! Very stressful.
