very clean. carts that rolled smoothly. spacious elevators. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant. although i came in right at the buzzer she was willing to be patient and get me a unit that evening that was much needed for early the next morning.
Best facility around with pricing and top notch quality, with a wonderful staff team!! Highly recommend! The lady Beverly (excuse me if the bake is wrong) went out of the way to help especially with the weird strains the current times are putting us through. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Thanks so much you guys are rocking it!
The team at Lake Wylie were wonderful to us. Our Mom passed away and we had to move the unit to the estate and close out her account. Obviously we had an emotional time during the clean out process. The whole staff were so helpful to us, they were so kind and understanding, checked on us, brought us water and coffee. They treated us like family and not like customers. Fantastic. I encountered a small problem with a lock after business hours and they connected me very quickly with the manager. She was extremely helpful and resolved the issue. Very clean units, safe and affordable. Thanks guys!
