Ms Kim was absolutely amazing! She explained everything to us in great detail. She went above and beyond for us. We bought a storage unit on an auction and she was wonderful. Very helpful, let us borrow a key and checked on us periodically to see if we needed anything. We will be returning to this location because ms Kim was THAT great!! Definitely recommend this place.
Very clean, the staff was nice,, and me out with no problems
Great experience with Morningstar Storage-Uptown. Aaron was very helpful when we went to view the storage unit. The one originally rented was not big enough, and he showed us a few more till we found one that would be best for the items we were storing. On move in day, Kim was very helpful in assisting us with paperwork, getting the locks, and showing us around the facility. The facility is very clean, and very secure. Overall a very pleasant experience with Morningstar Storage-Uptown, and would recommend them to anyone.
Good security! Very clean! Except bathrooms, needs some love!
Had a wonderful experience here! Aaron and Jamie are both super friendly and helpful - and they have a great 2 months free deal! The location is brand new, clean, and very well organized. I felt very comfortable renting a unit from here and had an overall amazing customer experience.
