The property manager, Demi, was super helpful

Her customer service was out of this world as she was on top of everything and assisted me with all of my needs. On top of an already exceptional experience the facility was impeccably clean. I absolutely love Morningstar on Buford Hwy. Their new property manager is tremendous and she’s always going out of her way to accommodate my requests and welcoming me when I come through the office. As long as I’m in Atlanta I’ll be storing my work materials here.

After shopping around for the best storage place for our daughter’s business adventure, we circled back to the one right around the corner. It had just changed management, so we decided to check back with the new company. We just had the absolute best experience with JT Wynne, the property manager! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS. My partner rented from this place for around a year and last week he had $14,000 in music equipment stolen from his unit. The look was drilled out and several carloads were stolen, including a couch requiring multiple people to lift. My partner found out when he came back to his unit and the instantly lock fell out. His unit was right in front of a security camera and required two passcodes to enter the facility. We have been unable to contact the property manager. Af... read more
