Morningstar is what all storage building companies should strive to be... That is, the one in Springhill, TN. The manager there is friendly and professional and knows how to explain all the various options available.
This is an excellent location with an excellent price and if that's not enough our customer service representative Brandee is amazing! Much better than the last location we rented. :)

Old owners were wonderful, I've never been treated so unprofessional in my life by an "Office Manager" over something very simple. I was a tenant for 5 years and never late on rent and to be blindsided and talked to the way I was last night was unacceptable and I would suggest some customer service skills workshops for this individual.
