We love our trailer storage space. It is very easy to get to, the grass is always cut and even after hard rains, there is gravel so you don't get stuck. The parking areas are very wide and we have plenty of room to back our trailer into. When we called looking for a parking place, Leo was all on it. They only had 1 spot left and he gave it to us for a great price we couldn't refuse. We greatly appreciate Leo's help in all of this.
Leo has been amazing from start to end. The signing process was a breeze and renting from him has been a walk in the park. Not only is he a great manager and actually cares about his tenants, I feel like I have also made a great friend. The facility is always clean and we have never had a bad experience going in and out of the facility. All of the other tenants are also very nice. We will be sticking with Leo and Morningstar for all of our storage needs.

We needed a storage unit in a hurry. Went to Morning Star and the manager Leo showed us a unit, made sure everything functioned properly and cleaned it out for us to move in immediately. He was extremely helpful!! I highly recommend using this place if you need a storage unit!

Leo Perez, Katherine Brandhuber and Brittany were the best people ever to work with at Morningstar Storage in College Station. They were so knowledgeable and accommodating. The units are easily accessible at any time, well maintained and cared for-the entire area is clean and very secure. I highly recommend Morningstar Storage to anyone. Your property will be safe and Leo, Kat or Brittany will be there to help with anything you need or answer any questions you may have.
