I am writing this review so everyone checking this storage space will see there is no place like home but here. Since we met the manager Tracy we signed right up. She has never let us down when we needed her for more storage and using the on site storage van to move things in and out. We were in a very dishonest site before. I am so relieved to have all of my special valuables in her hands.

Tracy is the best manager that we have had in 4 years and the building is very clean and the customer service is great.

Ever since I moved here from 2004 I have had different experiences with all kinds of storage facilities. Some good some bad but let me tell you this. It’s the best storage facility so far that I have been has been Morning Star . You know the one by the LA fitness Yeah let me tell you management has been totally awesome . Tracy is fantabulous! Always helps when there's an issue with other staff members. She takes care of the problems! Always has water and coffee available! And is always so friendly! I only come in the office when she is there as the other staff member is uninviting and rude. The property is always clean. I've been here going on 3 years and this property has never been so inviting and organized and clean. Tracy's doing an amazing job!

The best costumer service., The manager is very professional and she is always friendly with everyone. . The stores are clean, big enough for anything. With air conditioner . Safe for anyone.

Well this is my second time renting here 5yrs later,and thier still excelente Customer service, Tracy + the latina there ( Jessica.)awsome.still clean and other amenities..there are3 places closer to me i still drive from Orlando to Kissimmee. It's there service and Customer service, that won me over again. Tnx ladies..
