The manager is the nicest, most helpful person I’ve met in a long time. Anytime I need anything she goes up and beyond. I have recommended her storage unit to my daughter and she loves the customer service as well. Anyone looking for kind customer service and a great clean facility this is the place for you. This is the best storage facility in the area. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Climate controlled storage is really controlled unlike others in the area that are always hot and humid inside during the summer. A bonus is the free, yes FREE, cargo truck that is available -- just fill it up with gas when you're done. I can't say enough good things about this facility. Six, no seven, no ten stars!

Thanks Lilliam for all your help to figure the type of storage that was best to protect my Dad's last living memory, the work truck he loved so much. You went out of your way to help me safeguard this very sacred antique memory. I was riddled with questions about how and where was the best size to meet my needs. Her smile and patience and compassion were very appreciated, since this special storage request was very personal and precious to me.
