Property Mgr., Dawn Roy, provided exceptional customer service. She was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. This was our first time using a storage unit and she explained everything we needed to know. She listened to our questions and provided answers so we were fully prepared and informed. She was extremely friendly and courteous and a pleasure to work with. We are very happy we chose this company to store our belongings.

Morningstar Storage is the best rental facility I have found. The staff of Dawn and Judy go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need to store all your extra things in a clean, safe, and convenient place. I have a unit there for over two years and now I’m renting another one. You’ll be happy you did too!

Wonderful experience from the very first call. Judy assisted with the entire process in the most gracious manner. She provided every detail necessary which allowed me to make the best selection. The storage facility is in superb condition. The unit itself was spotless. I have never seen a storage unit maintained so clean. Overall, look no further. This is the best storage facility in town.

Excellent service and a great location. Very clean, air conditioned with all size units. Spacious parking and loading/unloading areas. 24 hour access and very secure facility. Dawn and Judy are amazing. Best storage facility we have ever had.

Both Dawn and Morningstar are definitely highly recommended. I fell into financial hardships that prevented me from working to the best of my ability. Dawn is very understanding and worked with me within her job capabilities. I don’t like that I don’t have a choice to continue to rent the unit out, it’s probably for the best at this time. Dawn was so great to work with for securing a new storage unit. We have used Morningstar for several years and never had an issue. Always plenty of carts available. Easy access and personal service.

Customer service was on the same level as going to a chick-fil-A (meaning very outstanding) the lady at the front desk was very helpful, very friendly and so nice how could anyone not wanna do business here?! Brittany Hall answered all of my questions and made me feel very welcomed and assured me all of the customers here are important.
