I've been storing my boat for over 5 years at the Telge location. The nighttime security lighting and overall facility maintenance are some of the reasons why I chose this place. The facility manager is very professional, loyal to her company, and always very helpful.

Storing my RV at MorningStar Storage has been a great experience in many aspects, but none more important than the excellent support from the on-site manager Corynn.  She worked tirelessly to help me resolve a space issue related to my spot and went above and beyond expectations to ensure my satisfaction. I recently had an exceptional experience with Morningstar Storage in Cypress, TX, and I must commend their outstanding customer service. Corynn, the manager, truly went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. She answered all of my questions about leasing a unit with remarkable patience and clarity. I am a long-term customer of the Morning site facility At Grant and Telge. First the pros. The property manager Coryn does a great job of managing and maintaining the property. She is very pleasant and cooperative to work with. My particular storage side is of adequate size for my big rig and includes an electrical connection. There is also on site air water and even restroom facilities. the property has double coded fences for added security and as far as I know works quite sufficiently.  The cons, my monthly rental goes up... read more

Absolutely love this facility! I’ve used it for personal use for a couple of years and have been so happy with it, we now use it for work as well. Corynn is the best!! She’s been the nicest property manager I’ve ever dealt with and is always so helpful and quick to get any issues resolved (:

This is a great facility and the staff is wonderful. Specifically, the site manger, Corynn, is very good at her job and has been a real pleasure to work with. Not only is she always kind and professional, but she worked closely with me to find a new location on the property to better meet my RV needs. Customer service at it's finest. Please keep up the good work, and I'll be a customer for a very long time!!
