The customer service here is amazing. Every time I’ve contacted the store Josh has been more than willing to help and his customer service is not replaceable. Great job on the employee and also to facility feels safe. They also have a moving truck you can borrow by schedule for no cost!

If I could give more than five stars I would. We just moved from a different state and getting a storage unit was something I didn’t want to deal with but because of timing we had to. I am so glad we crossed paths with this business and with the owner Joshua. I spent time trying to decide about size, inside/outside, etc. Joshua called me on his cell phone while on vacation to help me. He was honest, genuine and so kind. i have rented space from Morningstar Storage in Bluffton for many years. The storage units are clean and well maintained. The climate control is reliable. Storing my beach items in Bluffton makes my trip planning to and from the beach so much easier! And if I have a concern, the property manager is easy to reach. Great customer service is important to Morningstar Storage! They love happy customers!

Joshua and Malieka are absolutely fabulous. Very knowledgeable about everything I needed to know. They are extremely accommodating and polite, felt like part of a family. I highly recommend Morningstar of Bluffton. Clean, convenient, easy to find, 24 hour access, great pricing and wonderful staff!!
