Kimb and James provided excellent customer service. Signing up was quick and efficient over the phone. Very clean units, seems very well lit and has 24 hour surveillance. Felt much more comfortable leaving my stuff here than other chains I have used before.
Due to a credit fraud I had to close my account. Melanie understood and tried to rectify the situation. Melanie was very helpful and professional.. Thanks Melanie!!
Khimbberlynn was very knowledgeable and most helpful. In all honesty, it was her kindness and attentiveness to our needs that made us decide to rent at Morningstar versus another facility that was both cheaper and closer to our home. Proof that “Customer Service” still goes along way!
The place stays super clean and well maintained. It is safe. And, Khimb was SUPER helpful. All the staff are great.
