Highly recommend this facility. John was very helpful and provided excellent customer service to me. The maintenance/janitor is also helpful, kind, and I'm impressed with the wonderful cleanliness I feel when going there. Great place!

I’ve rented two units in the recent past and have been very happy with the whole process. I love the ease of the electronic entry as well. Anytime I’m there and may have a question, the staff is always helpful. This is my first real experience with renting a space(s), and even though I don’t have any real comparison, personally, I can’t imagine wanting anything less than what Morningstar has provided.
The manager was so friendly and competent! Every detail was spelled out! Great experience!
There is a reason why Lisa (Properly Mgr. At Morningstar Deland) has 153 5-star reviews! and I am not surprised at this. In a day/age when good customer service is rare, Lisa is the quintessential CSR! I am 76 years old with hearing loss in both ears so I rely on written communication (i.e. Email) when I have questions. Lisa was so patient with me despite a 1/2 dozen questions via Email. I was having a POD delivered to Morningstar and she very clearly explained everything I needed to know about emptying my 2 storage unit... read more
