My stepdaughter rents a storage unit in your property. This afternoon we borrowed one of your trucks to move some of her stuff to her new apartment. The truck was great. Appreciated the ropes inside the truck; we used them to tie things, keeping things secure. The truck was easy to drive. Thank you, Morningstar Storage for making this process so easy. Wow is all I can say! Sevi was very helpful always kept a smile and answered every question I had, she even stayed later for me because I was running late. I have been shopping around for different storages and after going in and speaking with Sevi and seeing the facility I’m so glad I didn’t go elsewhere! Thank you for the excellent customer service and making this an easy decision.
I have three storage spaces at Morningstar and Sevi is always there, smiling and ready to help out. Recently I needed to use the truck but I couldn’t work within the typical morning or afternoon time slots. She worked it out so that I had the truck when I needed it. Great customer service.

Great storage facility. Stored 2 bedroom apartment worth of contents here for 5 months & did not see a spec of dust or a single bug when I retrieved them. 4 hr free truck facility for customers was a life saver as I could not find uhaul to rent in the last minute. Sevi Reyes the property manager is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help tenants & so I would give her 10/10.
