I have been a DJ for 25 years and have used various storage units to store my equipment. No one has the care and concern for one's valuables like MorningStar. Loading in and loading out is great for the location that I'm in because it sheltered away from the elements. Ethan and Lisa were amazing help at the location nearby Vulcan, amazing customer service, understanding of other’s circumstances also flexible! Very nice facility as well. Super organized and Clean. Smells good. Prices are reasonable!

This is my second summer storing with morningstar storage and they are just amazing! great choice for college students needing to store things over the summer! It is a very nice and always clean facility—I have always felt safe and the staff are so kind!

Mrs. Lisa was wonderful, the facilities were nice and the renting process seamless. But the deciding factor for my choosing Morningstar over other storage facilities was the customer Service. Again, due to Lisa!

I had the best experience working with Lisa at the Birmingham Morningstar. From securing my unit to moving my items in, everything was very easy! The actual facility is so clean and cool - 10/10 recommend!

My wife and I have only been with Morningstar, Richard Arrington Jr. location in Birmingham, for a couple months, but they have made the whole process of moving very easy. The manager, Jennifer, was kind and understanding through the entire process. Highly recommended to all.

YOUR BELONGINGS AREN'T SAFE HERE. I would never go with this company again. My stuff was stolen. Literally broke in through the top and stole tons of things. Heavy items at that. Smfh. My unit was wiped out. The unit next to it open. That's how they robbed us. That little thin wire isn't stopping anymore from breaking into your unit. All they did was prey the net open to the empty unit and pry ours open to enter. If it was damaged it would sit better with me.
