I met with Lori and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting me set up in the appropriate unit. Steven was very helpful and knowledgeable on my initial call. Very clean and secure facility.

The manager Lori took the time to walk me around to a bunch of different units allowing me to see the exact spacing as I have a couple of larger things I needed stored. At no time did she make me feel like I was bothering her or wasting her time. The prices are great! Also the property is clean and appears very safe. Hopefully this is the beginning of a long relationship.

Great staff and customer service. Safety is of concern after office is closed. The gates are never closed therefore there are always homeless people in and out of building. They enter after you have put your code and you enter. The bathrooms are often dirty before and after office hours. Again, staff are great but safety is of concern.
