I had the pleasure to meet Lori today when I was paying for a storage bill over the phone. she handled the conversation in a professional caring and understanding matter . after we chat for a moment, I got to realize that she’s not only a wonderful office manager, but an amazing human being that cares for others . In the approximate 2 years I have been a tenant I have seengreat improvements to the facility and Lori Is great and always willing to help. The facility is clean,safe and secure. I feel comfortable running my business out of Morningstar Storage Fat Village.

The manager Lori took the time to walk me around to a bunch of different units allowing me to see the exact spacing as I have a couple of larger things I needed stored. At no time did she make me feel like I was bothering her or wasting her time. The prices are great! Also the property is clean and appears very safe. Hopefully this is the beginning of a long relationship.
