RecommendedI had the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I'm a single momma with 3 boys, so I like things as simple as possible if possible. From picking out a vehicle to delivery, John Phillips went above and beyond and no doubt has a great crew to work with. He also made sure I was getting a vehicle with great mileage. These folks care about their business and its obvious in the way they treat customers. I am very pleased and in love with my Tacoma. She's a beauty!

We have had several years of experience with dealerships all over the tristate area but have never had any dealership work as hard for us as Morristown Chevrolet! My parents were unable to go in to the dealership, they traded vehicles from home. Their salesman, JOHN, delivered the vehicle, made sure they were well cared for and even called months later to say happy birthday! My turn! We were visiting Gatlinburg for the weekend. When we headed home our vehicle was reading service emissions systems. My first call was to Morristown Chevrolet and we spoke with Brendan. After realizing they were 50 miles away we called four other dealerships who had no desire to help us. I called Brendan back and he told me to bring it right in.
