Working with Don Owens made a complicated process easy and understandable. He was easy to get in touch with when we had questions and his knowledge never left us in the dark or confused on any part of the process. His customer service was unmatched. Don would be my first recommendation to anyone looking for someone 10 out of 10 times.
As young first time home buyers there is nothing simple about the process. Kristin reassured us every step of the way. She was basically available 24/7 to text or call us about and questions we may have or to make sure we were okay! She is phenomenal and we will recommend her to EVERYONE.

Kim was great through the entire process. As soon as we found a house, Kim kept the process moving and was able to get us closed earlier than expected. Kim was very responsive and knowledgeable through the entire process. She was great at keeping us updated and letting us know what needed to happen next.
