Mike truly goes above and beyond for his clients. I was comfortable with him right away and felt like I’ve known him for years. He explains the mortgage process in a way that is easy to understand and I’ve learned a lot from him. Mike is also there when you need him, you can call, email, or text a question and he answers quickly. He cares about his clients and wants to make the home buying process a great experience. Mike is not only professional but a great loan officer and I would recommend him again and again!

Working with Fred and everyone at MIG was such a wonderful experience. Fred went out of his way to make sure I had a positive home buying experience. He even took time out of his schedule to review closing documents for me. He truly was a great person to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a lender.

Lisa and her team (Becky, Nikki, etc.) know how to get a job done well and quickly. This is my 2nd loan with them and I'll definitely use them again. At least one member of her team was always quickly available when I had questions. I have a trickier situation than most with an LLC, rental income, multiple existing mortgages in different states and self employment income and it's never been a problem for them to figure it out to qualify and give me a loan. Their rates and fees are on par with other lenders I've used before.

I highly recommend GT as your lender, her staff are very friendly, reliable, the whole team work together in getting things done at a timely manner. They make your homebuying Princess very small and not as stressful as most people say. They are also very good about getting back in contact immediately and helping you in providing what they need in terms of paperwork .

Shannon was incredible to work with! All along the way, she was always available with updates or answers to any questions we had. Also very considerate and understanding of our needs. If we ever do another mortgage, we will definitely be going with Shannon again!
