Corey made getting into our dream home a breeze. He is extremely knowledgeable in the mortgage field. He responded immediately to all the questions that came up. I would highly recommend Corey to anyone who is in the market of purchasing a home.
This is the 3rd time I've used Lisa and her team at MIG. Since I have properties in trust and was doing a 1031 exchange this time it added a couple more levels of complexity, but this didn't cause any problems for them. They always make it happen, even with changing regulations at the last minute that caused a change in what's accepted for reserves they were able to be flexible while still meeting their regs and close the loan on time.
Working with Chris White was a great experience. He was very professional yet personable and he found us the cheapest loan possible. It did not take me long to figure out that he’s been in the home loan industry for a very long time.
Lorie Jaynes was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was always willing and able to help with any and all questions. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made everything easy to understand. I would definitely recommend her for all your lending needs!
Todd Brown was so easy to work with! He answered all of our questions and returned calls quickly. He was knowledgeable and helped walk us through the home buying process.

The lender (Lorie w/ MIG) was very detailed and included a checklist for me to go by through each step of the process. Lorie and her team were also very accomodating and professional to work with.
Debbie with MIG was more than helpful during my loan process. Everything went as expected and i would high recommenced her and her group to anyone else trying to purchase a home. So thankful for everything they did to help me.
She was awesome!! Great to work with and made everything so simple!! I am so glad that she was recommended to us!! Everything was done over the phone which was a great convenience for us with the way we work!! Everything she said she would do she did and went above that!!
Debbie and her whole staff were absolutely amazing to work with. They went above and beyond explaining every little detail with me. It was my first home buying experience so I was absolutely clueless but they were very reassuring. I will deffinetly be using Debbie for all my future home needs.
