This is the third time we have had our garage ceiling replaced, due to mold! We are confident will no longer come back because Mosby, professionally explained the problem and it guaranteed for 10 years. The job was also performed in the 2 1/2 weeks just stated in a contract. Will call Mosby when ready to remodel our bathroom.

I had water leaking in the fireplace so they tuckpointed the chimney and since the roof was old they put on a new one. Also the driveway and patio had several cracks and were very uneven. They replaced these. Now everything is dry and beautiful. They were polite and efficient and cleaned up all the mess. They kept in touch with the progress - checked on the workers and even thanked me for the business with a gift and a handwritten note. I was impressed. I have never had this kind of followup before.

We have used Mosby on 3 different occasions. They did a very good job. On the last job, the painter that they contracted with did not match the trim paint (2 different colors) very well and we were not pleased with that result. The work done was on a 3rd floor dormer, so fortunately, it isn't terribly noticeable from the street.

Mosby was very professional in every step of the way. We were personally paired with a designer, who worked with us in the selection process and helped with questions and concerns along the way. We had a project manager who was basically on call for us 24/7. He was extremely easy to work with and had a great team working under him. We were contracted once a week by the office to make sure everything was going as expected. All of the people at Mosby made it their goal to do a great job and make us very happy.

I have a historic 1930 home. They installed a quiet panasonic ceiling exhaust fan in my 2nd floor master bathroom. The 3rd floor and vented out my new roof. Also Luciano skim plastered and painted my bath expertly as new! Complete in 2 days..no mess, fantastic!

New roof, ridge vents, leaf guard gutters, vinyl siding and epoxy sealing of foundation cracks. Excellent experience. This is a quality company and every one who worked on our house was a professional. The staff at Mosby were outstanding.

Mosby Building Arts helped us with a kitchen remodel. They did a fantastic job and were very professional during the entire duration of the project. I would definitely hire them again!
