I reached out today and I was scheduled to for the same day. Their communication was great, he explained to me exactly what the problem was. Professional and courteous, Ernesto was on time and explained the diagnosis. Gave me several options for the repair, plus a service agreement. I was impressed enough, I signed up for the agreement. Unit was repaired under an hour. Looking forward to the long term care of my unit my Mosqueda’s.
Ernesto is an awesome and honest man. He came out to my home in a timely manner and was straight forward on the condition of my AC unit. Best thing was that he had the part on hand and fixed my unit right away. He was friendly and very trustworthy since he explained everything thoroughly with pictures he took of the AC/heating unit. Highly recommend Mosqueda’s Cooling and Heating!
