RecommendedWe have had great service from the professionals at MosquitoNix for years. Until we had a problem with a leak. The tank was going dry every two weeks. I believe that issue is fixed but a technician ran a replacement line over our sidewalk creating a trip hazard. Another technician came to fix it and other tubing issues the ‘fix’ created. Worse service ever. Always running out and NO emergency service after hours.
They are robbing people blind they got new management in and the new management fired all their good employees but 1. I feel sorry for the future customers. Their service is going down hill and will continue to do so with the poor leadership they have.
I have no issue with the technician. Jeff does his work well. My issue is with the company. Five days ago I had a service call. Today about 10-15 minutes after the system sprayed I was standing on my sidewalk and counted 7 mosquitos biting my ankle. I looked at my little boy and he was covered in mosquitos. The system used to work when Riptide, fogging, garlic granules and Altosid were used. When I asked the technician Jeff why he was not doing that he told me it was no longer available to him. We have paid this company over $14,000 in monthly service charges for the refill and maintenance of the Mosquito Misting system they installed in 2006. The system was over $1500, on top of the $120 we pay per month. Having been fed up with the multiple times we have been attacked by mosquitos, to learn that the drum they are to fill is empty, I had to refresh my memory of what we are to receive of the $120+ per month. Had to have them come and re-treat. While it was nice that the tech blew the leaves off my patio, they just ended up in my driveway which I had just spent the morning sweeping. Not sure why they have the techs do this.
