RecommendedI'm from out of town, and my Father in law told me to come here. I heard there was almost a 2 hour wait earlier today, but I was seen in a very timely manner. Staff is very nice, and professional. If you need urgent Ortho care, I'm not sure how any place could be better than this. RecommendedThe staff and Kristine, PA were all very professional and took excellent care of both of my issues. The X-rays found issue in my back and she gave me a shot which took care of the pain! She also addressed my foot, being in the boot was part of the problem throwing off my “carriage”. By the way, Kristine numbed the area well before the shot so I never felt the needle or injection. Thank you so much!!

Long wait. Over two hours. I realize it was a Monday. Three or four people who came in and submitted their paperwork to you after I had previously submitted mine were taken ahead of me. I am certain of this. I watched them enter and fill out the paperwork well after I had already done so. Also, although Kelly was very nice, I felt that the time given to hear about my particular medical problem ( and major pain) was insufficient and I felt that I was a chicken on a processing line. I had a terrible experience here. I came for care after breaking my wrist in a bicycle mishap. I was in a lot of pain and asked for an ice pack- was told they were out- at an orthopedic urgent care! I was seen quickly, got and x ray and saw Michelle, PA. She explained the injury would not require surgery- splint and follow up. Assistant came in after her with splint- had a very difficult time fitting it and then gave me the pamphlet and said I could read about how to adjust it myself.
