James and the staff are amazing! From my dogs (Winnie who is currently a patient) to my bunny (that lasted 6months longer then anyone expected thanks to James' research and help!) I would highly recommend the entire team as they are all professional, caring and go the extra mile to help your fur babies and explain everything to you :)
