UPDATE: Magic City Cycle is trying to get reviews like this removed that expose their insurance fraud scheme. FRAUD ALERT!!! I purchased a brand new S1000RR from them back in December 2016 and paid for both gap insurance and tire/wheel insurance. My bike was stolen from my downtown parking garage in March along with many others in the downtown area which is when I found out that Magic City Cycle never paid for and initiated either insurance policy even though I paid for it. The staff show lack of interest on your needs. Service department is the worse. Triumph paid for a service, that they didn't do. Had to call corporate to get job done.
Go, if you like to be ignore. I own a Ducati and a BMW, and I simple can't understand how can this be a official store. Their service was simply rude.
I purchased a 2014 Panigale 899 from them. Nice salesman but that's where everything pleasant ends. The same day I bought a $600 AGV helmet that was defective and had to fight for 3 months to get a refund. On a separate occasion I asked the parts guy for a price on a Bluetooth headset and he looks up with a tired and unenthusiastic look and tells me I can probably get anything cheaper online (why even try to sell parts then?). The service I received at Magic City Cycle (aka Triumph of Orlando) was simply terrible. I have no plans to ever return for any reason. I dropped my motorcycle off on a Wednesday to check out why it was not starting. They said they would call me with an update. After hearing nothing for two weeks, I finally called them. The service manager Cory stated they ordered a part and were waiting for delivery. Wait, did I OK this? Why wasn't I informed prior to an order being placed?
