I think this is one of my first times writing a review but I felt compelled to. After reading some of the older reviews and negative complaints, I was unsure I was even reviewing the same dealership. I worked for Magic City Cycle for a total of 7 days. I was so excited as a motorcycle enthusiast to join such a high quality team! I understood going in that there was a change in management and that the paperwork was very much behind. I did not have a computer, the new sales manager had zero clue how to send off a deal for funding (hence why so many people were receiving calls/emails/faxes to PLEASE sign forgotten paperwork) I sucked it up. I just bought a Triumph Thunderbird from Magic City Cycles. I have been impressed so far with what I see. Customer service and product support is a big deal to me. I bought the bike from Daryl Dickens, he is friendly yet courteous and knows motorcycles. When I went in to pick up my Triumph they were all quick and efficient.......paperwork was effortless so ten out of ten for customer service. After a couple of services I will write another review to see how that goes. I have a feeling it will be flawless!
If I could give five times five stars that wouldn't even be close to rate the service I received at Magic City Cycle. Joel Greenfield is an outstanding gentleman. I am very grateful for your help. He made the buying experience a pleasant one. Magic city cycles is an outstanding dealer. Alex and Daryl in sales and Cory in Service have helped me out tremendously. My Bike broke down while in Orlando (I live in Miami) and these guys came and picked up my bike after hours and tried to fix my bike. Unfortunately it was not possible due to the part not being available. The part was not available in Germany until January.
