Poor Customer Service in every way shape or form. Rudeness seems to be the main hiring requirement. I have been going there since they opened as a Vespa Dealer. I have loads of personal experience. The new owners seem to have taken a step backward in customer service. People in the Nassau Queens location if you are looking to get a Ducati a Triumph a KTM or a Polaris I recommend that you do not get it from Gold Coast Motorsports I brought my machine in there for repair did not check it when I picked it up looked at it a couple of days later the work was not performed on it the only thing I got out of that was aggravation and of loss of money so those who need any sort of repairs on their machines I recommend you find elsewhere to go everybody works hard for their money they should not hav... read more

Hey Chuck, I am sorry that is how you feel, but you have to understand you are taking information given to you by a different mechanic. That does not make it true. You came into our shop to to get your unit that was stuck in 4 wheel drive fixed. We gave you a quote and it was not to your liking so you had us just check the rear bushings, we did and had them replaced. I placed an online order with Gold Coast for a couple Ducati accessories on Dec 12th, and paid for priority shipping to ensure the items would arrive well before Christmas. I have never heard of Gold Coast before, but they sell on Amazon and have a slick e-commerce set-up, so I thought they were legit. LIERS, CROOKS, DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPT A. I took my 1999 ducati 748 here. I was having problems... didn't hear the fuel pump buzz when turned the key.. when I hit start button....I heard the starter spin, but didn't turn the crankshaft over.. after 7 days in diagnosis... they told me I need: 1) fuel pump $600. 2) new starter 3) starter relay 4) new wire harness 5) new battery 6) new orings, gaskets, fluids and so on..... the total repaid a little over $2000.
