I have never had a bad experience here, lots of friendly staff.
I took my 2017 BMW GS Adventure in due to the cruise control failing. They kept it for two weeks, and said it was fixed. I picked it up and it wouldn’t work on the way home. Dropped it off the next day. They again kept it for two weeks, then called and said it was fixed. Drove it home, still broken. They’ve had my bike for over a month and haven’t fixed it. I don’t understand how they claim the problem was fixed when the cruise control fails within 5 minutes of me picking it up..... twice. On top of that, the first two weeks... read more
