They are good at making the sale- but they will make you regret every step of your decision after the ink has dried. Their service department is a step below garbage, and will make you never want to trust another Texas business again. Go to San Antonio to buy your motorcycle, and most of the big dealerships will give you a big enough discount and better service to make it worth it.
I've owned over 50 motorcycles, and I must say that BMW Motorcycles of Austin's service department is simply the best. Mark Miller, the service representative, is truly awesome. It's important to acknowledge and praise people for their exceptional service, and BMW Motorcycles of Austin deserves all the recognition for providing such an outstanding experience.
Yesterday I brought in my F 900 XR for its initial service. I was very impressed with the relaxed professionalism and attention to a friendly service atmosphere. They took care of all the required steps for the initial scheduled service. I especially want to mention one thing that they did showing attention to detail and going that extra mile.
