TL;DR Best. BMW. Shop. Ever. I live in Southern California and this is still my go-to place for my bike needs. And if that doesn't tell you something, nothing will. Great shop to even hang around. Always fresh coffee in the pot, lots of stuff to check out while you're waiting, a room that can be provided for club meetings and a shower (yes!) for passing by travelers. I mean, seriously. I bought my first BMW motorcycle in July (2017) and I have been very impressed with the staff and service so far.
Service Team, you guys are just always knocking it out of the park. Showed up yesterday & you guys took great care of me and my bike. Thank you! Always really clear, courteous and fast. Got to hang out upstairs in the lounge shooting bull with an old Vet and his current trip all over the western States and another guy from CO Springs who didn't bring enough lunch to share. As always, left feeling taken care of. Thanks.

Extremely arrogant sales and service department. Having been a loyal customer and spending tens of thousands of dollars (bike purchase, customization and service), as well as recommending this shop to over a dozen riders (mostly fellow firefighters), I left feeling disrespected and insulted; it’s clear that BMW of Denver is only interested in selling bikes and maximizing profit.
