I had the best buying experience! When I finished the paper work it was way after closing and it was my fault because I took so long to decide. No pressuring! I think it was 10 laps in the store? Couple weeks later I stop by to purchase a new helmet. It was impressive the staff remembered me but also remembered the helmet size and everything we talked about. Not impressive?? Without needing any information to look me up! Will recommend to friends and family!
I inquired about a used bike online and the owner John himself responded to my email almost immediately. He was very personable and helpful. He introduced me to Kit on his team, what a good guy. He was excellent and I highly recommend asking for him. I bought a very nice used BMW motorcycle, but they treated me like I was buying the most expensive one in the store.
I bought a bike here and the process of doing paperwork and having the bike all ready for me was very smooth. Had no issues at all and the sales team is great. If I ever decide to get a new bike I know just the place to go to!
I had a wonderful experience here at MOD. Everyone in the staff was so accommodating and welcoming to a first time rider. It was clear that everyone was passionate about riding and it carried over splendidly to their customer service. I worked mostly with Kit who was reliable, knowledgeable, and experienced. This was gonna be by far the best buying experience I've had but there was one thing that rubbed me the wrong way hence the 3 stars I'll start with the positive I was welcomed almost immediately and everyone was happy to answer my question. The sales person was very good at getting answers to my questions and got me a test drive on a bike I was interested in.
