Great experience buying a bike there! Communication was always prompt and friendly. Everybody there was pleasant and happy to chat about bikes. Can't wait to go back for their truck day in May to try some new bikes!
This ownership and staff are exceptional. Jimmy Zelle was my salesman and treated me like royalty throughout the entire process of purchasing my new R1250RT. They didn't have the exact bike in stock that I wanted and they went out of their way to find one and bring it to Virginia. All of the staff members and owners I encountered were helpful and respectful of my time. I had to travel 2 hours to get to them and it was well worth the time and effort. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a BMW motorcycle.
I seldom feel compelled to leave a review after a purchase, but feel it necessary in this case. I recently bought a new BMW moto from Morton’s. Upon taking delivery, we ran into a snag with the bike’s specs (not Morton’s fault). They went SO FAR above and beyond what I would expect to make it right, I almost felt guilty! Made the trip down for their holiday sale and got hooked up by Patrick and Charles. Ended up walking away with my dream Arai helmet for the lowest price I’ve ever seen. Will absolutely come back again.
Looking to get my motorcycle license and I tried on some helmets. Patrick was informative and friendly. Never pressured me to look at a bike. Such a nice Experience. BMW bikes are a little out of my range for a beginner.
