Absolutely fantastic experience. I take my bike here from Cincinnati (2 hours each way) because they take great care of you and your bike. Nick, their service manager, moved mountains to get my bike rolling again for an upcoming trip to CO. I'd highly recommend them.
My Victory had a recall and check engine light which needed to be taken care of. Even though Victory is no longer an active brand, they didn't hesitate one bit to get me taken care of. Nick was fantastic to work with, he called when he said he would, and even waited to test ride the bike on a clear day because he said it was so clean. You can't ask for better service!
I purchased my 2018 Scout bobber at Falcone Powersports back in September of 17 and had nothing but smiles every single mile with this motorcycle. I was helped by the finance manager Mark Nash. He is a great guy,very knowledgeable, and wants his customers to feel comfortable. The entire staff here is nothing but helpful to give you unbiased opinions and they are not pushy. I will more than likely by another motorcycle here within the next two years.
I could not be happier with my purchase of this lightly used '17 Scout. The only thing that surpassed the incredible value was the service and ease of purchase. Thank you Mark for making the experience a pleasure. My only negative is that they are 4 1/2 hours from where I live in Missouri.
