I purchased a 2019 r1250gs from BMW Southeast Michigan after riding the motorcycle for a short time I was experiencing problems with the engine come to find out it was a manufacturer's defect. this is when John and Mike got to work and they tried everything with my motorcycle to no avail so the only option was that BMW buy back my motorcycle and because of the perseverance of John and Mike they were able to put me in a new 2020 r 1250 GS I have never been treated so Good by a dealership I will never go anywhere else. Great team! They listen to you and find you the right bike. No pushy sales. Also, offer many seminars throughout the year to learn about other riding styles and options.
