Took my 2012 BMW F650gs in to be serviced. The service shop provided me a price quote before hand and that was the price I paid. The best part is they have a loaner bike if you still need to get around. I like the feel of the shop and the staff are friendly. You can tell when the shop is run by enthusiasts. This is a top notch place and I will be back again for my next service or if I need to order any parts.
Took my 15’ F800 GSA there and it’s been a nightmare. After 4 months to fix the motor, it is on to another dealership. I called every week for details and received very little information. I called Customer Service to have it taken elsewhere. There are over 30,000 F800s in North America. If you have any sense at all, don’t take the risk... it’s been 5 months now and in the end, not worth it at all.
