Excellent service. I called the day before as I was going to be passing through the area and needed a new rear tire. They were going to be closed by the time I got there, but worked me in first thing the next morning for the tire.
This shop has the best service of any bike shop or any retail location I've ever frequented.

I dropped into Bentonville BMW last week while on a ride from Colorado to the Ozarks. The GS had developed an issue with the rear brake and needed some help. The folks here got me right into the shop, checked things over, made some adjustments, purged a couple of lines and got me back on the road in no time! Service like this is hard to find at home where they hope to see you again let alone out on the road where they could easily take advantage of the situation. While the other Internet BMW Riders (Presidents) were taking their naps after lunch in Eureka Springs, I made the brief drive to Bentonville BMW to buy their dealer t-shirt. As it turned out, that evening I won a door prize from the dealership. I had purchased my shirt from Denise in parts and now I have a lovely BMW Motorrad coffee cup to go with it. Their Customer Service is best I have ever seen. I was on a road trip from Michigan and picked up a staple in my rear tire and had a gas issue on my k1200lt.
