Great service from Carlos and the rest of the sales team! Love my new 2024 BMW S1000RR. Brian and the rest of the parts team are awesome as well, they'll get you hooked up with everything you could ever want for your bike.
The whole staff at Mancuso SouthWest is amazing. My salesman Carlos is great as usual this was my 4th motorcycle that I’ve bought from Carlos and it has always been fast, smooth and convenient. Place was great Ron and the finance guy were fantastic. Very upfront with pricing and gave me what I was looking for on my trade without having to go back and forth. Very professional establishment and the people there know what they’re talking about. I went there for a specific bike but they have a huge selection great place to browse and look at a lot of cool bikes. Good size accessories and gear section overall great dealership!
I bought a preownrd motorcycle from these folks last month. I could not help being a bit sceptical initially given my experience at other dealers, but the transaction was straight forward and pleasant. The salesman Jarret was respectful, and open in the dealing. I will probably buy another motorcycle from them in the future.
Great help from Daniel, from the minute we walked in he came and asked if we needed help with anything, showed us the side by sides they had in stock, explained the current promos, and we ended up getting 3 side by sides between me and 2 of my cousins!!! Looking forward to having him as my sales guy in the future!!
