Cannot begin to express how head and shoulders above other dealerships Irv's actually is. I was spoiled with two decades as a customer, having been through three other states and as many dealers I am amazed at the massive gap others fall short by in every regard: personality, quality of service department, customer care... every facet imaginable I haven't experienced a dealership that compares. Free food and free drinks at Oktoberfest. Great folks but that RR is way past my budget.
I really like this place, mainly because of Friendly atmosphere and a real sense of passion in what they do. The vibe is generally a positive attitude. Yes they know BMW motorcycles, they really know their bikes. If you go there you will know what I mean.
Easy the best BMW motorcycle dealership I've been to and I've been to many. Great staff, local people who knew orange county before it became "The OC." Bought my s1kxr and couldn't be happier with this crew. Jeff in service will take care of you and Devin strange in sales will hook you up. BRAAAAAAP!
One of the best, most caring dealership you'll ever visit. This is not car dealership mentality you find too often. Knowledgeable, family owned dealership that's so hard to find nowadays. These are real motorcycle people working here. The staff from parts to service to sales is so helpful and friendly. What more could you want, no matter what brand you ride, try to support them!! They deserve it..

Many of the employees are shiftless liars. I do not need to spend that much money to be lied to, I can get that from about anywhere at a discount.
They loosened my drain plug to create an oil leak and told me I needed a rear main seal for $1,000 They kinked my throttle cable and tried to sell me a new one. When I got my bike home I checked the throttle bodies and found where the cables were bent.
After buying 3 motorcycles and taking my bikes from Pasadena to Irv Seaver for 18 years; they aren’t what they say they are. Service department steals and overcharges people. Buyer beware.
