Great parts, sales, and service staff!! The Minx they hired for reception and Social Media has added a much needed breath of fresh air, youth, and exuberance to this fine establishment.
What a great trip to Baja that Escondido BMW put on. Fully supported, just bring clothes and ride, they handle the rest. The staff on the trip was very knowledgeable of all trails and there were motorcycle mechanics and support truck on standby in case of any issues. Highly recommend this ride to anyone who has not ridden off road or been to Baja. Can’t wait till the next ride comes around!!!

Took my '16 RT in for its 6k service, plus installation of bar risers. A mistake was made with the bars, but everything worked out. It just delayed me a couple hours. Even though I could go to Burbank and save 200 miles round trip, I plan to continue to use Escondido BMW in the future.
Just purchased my first BMW GSA. Rudy was very patient with me over the last couple months while I was making up my mind on the purchase. He followed through always has a smile on his face. No hype sales approach and worked with me to get what I was looking for. I've been riding motorcycles for over 30 years and am so far very happy with the experience. I look forward to my future dealings with Escondido BWM MC.
I've always had exceptional service here and can highly recommend them. I ride a lot and put a lot of miles on my BMW R1200RT, upwards of 25k miles per year. These guys do all my service. Recently the clutch went out on my bike around 3 in the afternoon. I needed my bike running the next day by 7am for something important. I talked to CJ and Jeff in the service department and they told me to get the bike to them and they would get it done.
